With this value-added feature, our customers will receive real-time updates regarding their shipment status. By opting in for notifications, you and up to three colleagues will receive the following updates via email:

• LIVE LINK
The LIVE LINK email features a delivery day hyperlink that provides real-time tracking of your shipment on a map. You can view an estimated arrival time based on the delivery vehicle's current location, route, and live traffic conditions.

• DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
The DELIVERY CONFIRMATION email allows you to stay updated with an email notification that includes an electronic proof of delivery once your shipment has been successfully delivered. With enhanced visibility into your shipment's journey, you can streamline your operations and improve service for your customers like never before.

How to Opt-In

Enrolling in the Delivery Notification Service is straightforward. Simply choose the notification options below that meet your requirements and add up to four email addresses per option.
